“ I have been fortunate enough to be part of three MAD day excursions already. I have been able to carry out conservation work on Brownsea Island, some painting and decorating and a charity donation sort out. I have really enjoyed giving something back to the community, but the best part of volunteering is the new people you meet, the new friends you make and the satisfaction of having done a good day’s work which is going to benefit many people.”
