Volunteers
Registering your details will enable you to store your profile securely on thehub so that we can find opportunities for you which will match your interests, skills and availability.
Once you have registered you can start applying for opportunities straight away. We will confirm your username and password by e-mail and once you've verified your email address, you will be able to login to the site whenever you want to use the various options. These include:
- Amending your profile
- Checking to see if you have been matched to any opportunities
- Search for new opportunities or training
- Voting in our polls
Once you start applying for opportunities you will be contacted about what happens next - normally by the organisation running the opportunity, to discuss getting you started as soon as possible.
Organisations
Registering your organisation's details on the following page will enable you to store your profile securely on thehub. Your application will be confirmed by e-mail and once your email has been verified you will be able to login and post your opportunities on the site pending approval.
You can add opportunities to take part in events, projects or any activity run by your organisation. We will ask you to specify the skills you think a volunteer may develop through taking part and the areas of interest it offers. This information will enable us to find you the right individuals that match the profile you describe.
Opportunities for participation in training courses may also be advertised on the site.
You will be able to view and edit any opportunities you are currently running and keep track of the volunteers that have applied. If at any time the details of your organisation changes, you will be able to amend your profile.
