What fundraising events would you like to see round the University?

Chris Seal – I would like to participate in a sponsored run which is 2km long. Also I think there should be some sport related ones such as score a penalty win a prize and all the money goes to the RAG charities

Simon Reed – I think there should be a sponsored football match where the lecturers play against the students.

David O’Leary - I think fancy dress days would be a good idea - would be a laugh, you could impose a 20p fine everytime you see someone not in fancy dress and it would definitely liven up the boring lectures to look around and see everyone dressed as smurfs or whatever! That could be a good one, or staff gunging - nominate members of staff to be publicly 'gunged' and make people pay for tickets to see it.

Rachel Mcathy – There should be a summer fete where everyone can get involved. Another idea is a sponsored silence and fancy dress at university would be good ideas.
