Learn some relaxation techniques for free!

Come and experience the Hypnotherapy Zone – relax and unwind from the comfort of a chair with Susie James.  She uses soothing voice & visualisation techniques to take you through a series of guided imageries to take away stress, tension, anxiety.  She is a trainee Hypnotherapist and qualifies later this year when she will be setting up her own practice.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a form of mindfulness training.  It helps to treat problems by accessing your unconscious mind, where you store all your emotions, habits and behaviours.  Hypnotherapy gives you positive suggestions and alternative new behaviours, meaning you can change things like stress or anxiety very rapidly.  Do you want to lose weight? Or stop smoking? Or simply gain more confidence in your everyday life as a student? Hypnotherapy can help you do all these things and more. It can change your eating habits, eliminate cravings for cigarettes, help with fears and phobias, replace negative beliefs with positive ones as well as increasing your motivation.

Take advantage now of free relaxation sessions where Susie can teach you how to use the techniques on your own when you feel the need - for example are any of you still suffering the stresses of exams?

Log onto thehub and apply for Relax and unwind - stress management training to take advantage of this excellent opportunity.  Even if exams are over for you this year, you can still learn valuable techniques from Susie for next time.
