Ever wondered what it’s like to work behind the scenes at a music festival? By giving your time to volunteer as a steward you will gain skills for your CV, meet incredible like minded people, and help to raise over £500,000 for Oxfam’s vital work.
Steward’s roles range from wrist-banding festival goers and checking their tickets, to marshalling their movement and monitoring gates on site. It also involves being a happy and helpful point of call for festival goers and making friends yourself!
One off-site training evening and a comprehensive briefing on-site.
In return we will provide you with full training, a separate camping area with toilets and showers and a meal ticket per shift. There are also some incredible headliners this year too!
Stewards can volunteer for one festival or 6 it is totally up to you! Stewards gain entry to the festival before the public and generally leave the Monday after.
We don't have a end date, but places are first come first served and will close when full.
Stewards must be 18 or over and be willing to do 3 x 8 1/4 hour shifts during the festival. You also need to pay a £195 deposit which is fully refundable upon completion of your shifts. This deposit covers all festivals that you would like to join us at.
